A special Sicilian culinary adventure awaits in the Italian Market this March!
Sicily, My Sweet Culinary Event
On Wednesday, March 19th, immerse yourself in a custom culinary experience in one of Philadelphia’s most beloved neighborhoods. First, you’ll be whisked on a guided food tour of the Italian Market led by Chef Jacquie Kelly of StrEATs of Philly Food Tours. Then, you’ll be treated to an exquisite custom Sicilian dinner crafted by renowned Philadelphia Chef Peter McAndrews at Paesano’s, followed by an engaging book discussion and signing of Sicily, My Sweet with its author, Victoria Granof, alongside food consultant and educator Terry Frishman at Binding Agents Book Shop. The evening concludes with a delightful dessert tasting.
Tickets are $65 for the tour/dinner/discussion – there is limited seating so buy now if you don’t want to miss it!
Sicily, My Sweet Event Schedule:
3:45 – 5:00 PM – Italian Market Food Tour, hosted by Chef Jacquie Kelly of StrEATs of Philly Food Tour
5:00 – 6:00 PM – Custom Sicilian Dinner at Paesano’s, prepared by Chef/Owner Peter McAndrews
6:15 – 8:30 PM – Sicily, My Sweet Book Discussion & Signing, accompanied by a Dessert Tasting at Binding Agents
The book discussion will feature author Victoria Granof alongside Terry Frishman, food consultant, educator, and fine art photographer.
