Amada’s Annual Cava y Cochinillo Dinner Returns This August
Amada is bringing back its popular Cava y Cochinillo dinner this August, inviting guests to enjoy a one-night-only Spanish feast centered around traditional roasted suckling pig and cava (Spanish sparkling wine).
The communal dining experience begins with a welcome toast of cava before guests enjoy a multi-course menu featuring Spanish favorites, including chorizo, croquetas de jamón, roasted cochinillo with rosemary white beans and Brussels sprouts, and a slice of creamy Basque-style cheesecake for dessert.
The special event takes place at Amada Radnor on Wednesday, August 12, and Amada Philadelphia on Sunday, August 16.
The experience is $75 per person and celebrates the Spanish tradition of gathering with family and friends over cochinillo, a traditional Spanish dish featuring a whole-roasted milk-fed suckling pig, commonly served during festive occasions.
Reservations are required.
