A Night to Support Philadelphia’s Chinatown
A Night to Support Philadelphia’s Chinatown is a food-focused fundraiser at High Street featuring six chefs from Chinatown Philly.
The event will take place on Feb 3 at High Street Restaurant and will be an evening of food, community, and advocacy in support of Philadelphia’s Chinatown. As we enter the Year of the Snake, this event will honor the deep history and culture of Philly’s Chinatown while raising critical funds for Asian Americans United.
This fundraiser, hosted by James Beard Award-winner Ellen Yin, will bring together 6 renowned Chinatown chefs, including Yongcheng Zhao from Emei Restaurant and Benny Lai from Vietnam to celebrate the neighborhood’s culinary heritage.
An online silent auction curated by Les Dames d’Escoffier which will feature rare prizes and exclusive experiences from the wider restaurant industry in Philadelphia.
