Spring Comes to Craftsman Row Saloon

With warmer weather finally here and spring just around the corner, Craftsman Row Saloon is introducing its Blooming Garden Pop-Up! If you’re not already familiar, Craftsman Row Saloon opened nine years ago on Jeweler’s Row and has since become a popular destination for its creative seasonal pop-ups. This enchanting Blooming Garden experience features twinkling fairy lights along with colorful flowers and watering cans hanging from the ceiling.

The spring-inspired cocktails offer something for everyone, ranging from sweet and fruity to bold and floral. The Peach Fizz Margarita was a standout, offering the perfect blend of tequila and Campari. The Campari wasn’t overpowering, making it an excellent choice even for those who don’t typically enjoy it. If tequila’s not your thing, try the Garden Bliss Spritz, which combines vanilla vodka, passionfruit, and sparkling white wine, beautifully garnished with a rose petal rim. The vanilla delivers a robust flavor, while the passionfruit is refreshing and subtle.

Another popular choice, recommended by my attentive and friendly server, Bri, was the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Espresso Martini. It’s a rich, chocolatey martini with a hint of sweet strawberry. They also feature shots like the Pink Lotus, made with vodka, peach schnapps, and cranberry, topped with a candied hibiscus. This sweet peach shot goes down effortlessly.

When it comes to food, you’re guaranteed to leave satisfied after enjoying their delectable dishes. I recommend the Lady Bug Caprese, which features fresh, juicy tomatoes, mozzarella, and a balsamic glaze. It even includes a small cherry tomato designed to resemble a ladybug. For an entrée, the Budding Chicken Pasta is a must-try. This well-executed fettuccine Alfredo boasts a cheesy, creamy sauce and tender pieces of chicken breast topped with a wild mushroom.

There’s no better way to end a meal than with a sweet treat, and they’ve got you covered with their Orange Creamsicle milkshake. Topped with a house-made sugar cookie, it’s great for those with a sweet tooth. The glass is decorated with orange sprinkles, making it both adorable and Instagram-worthy.
